HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

- U.S. SHIPPING:
Standard Shipping 4-5 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

- International Shipping:
Depending on USPS First Class Package International rates

Please allow 6-8 business days for order processing. Processing times may take longer during the holiday seasons.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

- Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team is notified and immediately begins the process of getting your order ready. We cannot cancel or make any changes to any part of your order once it has been placed. If you contact our customer support team with your name and order number, we can do our best to track your order process but we do not guarantee that your order will be cancelled or changed.

HOW LONG IS THE IN-TRASIT TIME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

- In-Transit time begin once the order has been marked as shipping from the shipping provided and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. Holidays.

WHERE IS MY ORDER/HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

- When you place an order, we will send you an email with all the details including the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number. If you don't receive the email or have misplaced your tracking number, send us an email at support@thyfather.shop and we will be happy to resend it for you.

Please allow 6-8 business days for your order to be picked, packed, and shipped. This processing time is separate from the delivery time.

Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If tracking information is not available, please wait 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped.

CAN I PROTECT MY ORDER FROM LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

- During checkout, you'll be given the opportunity to purchase coverage for your order. We have partnered with Route Package Protection to help you safeguard your order from lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. The cost of adding route protection will be calculated based on the total of your purchase amount.
